I am up late tonight, waiting for Julia to register for her college classes at BYU-I. She can start registering at midnight tonight, and the class spots fill up fast, so she's got to get going on it as soon as the clock hits midnight. Thinking about her going off to college made me think of her senior year and her graduation, etc. I left soon after graduation and didn't get any pictures posted. I know Joanna posted some, but I thought I'd add a few to our blog as well. I am sure she'd be embarrassed that I mention these things, but we are pleased with her efforts...
Julia's latest accomplishments included:
*Graduating #3 in her class (missing Salutatorian by 1/100 of a point)
*Working two jobs for the summer: at the radio station and the library
*Placing 2nd in her age division at the Music City Rising Star Competition as part of the CMA Music Fest in Nashville
*Getting a full tuition scholarship to BYU-Idaho
*Graduating from seminary with a 4 year certificate
Way to go, girl. We love you!
