Well, Paul and Nicole graduated from BYU-I on Wednesday, July 18, 2007. Nicole actually finished her class work last semester, but waited until summer to graduate, so that she could walk with Paul. And Paul will actually complete his class work this next semester, but walked a semester early so that they could experience it together, and to save us another winter trip up to Rexburg. They will mail his actual diploma after he completes his studies. But, it was nonetheless exciting to celebrate their accomplishment. And Taylor Ann cooperated by staying calm through both commencement and convocation...with a little help from willing grandparents. We took turns holding her and soothing her.
Way to go guys! We are proud of both of you! You were a real trooper to be participating in graduation exercises just days after giving birth, Nicole! Especially in the 102 degree heat and your black gowns!

Congratulations! You both have worked (and will continue to work) hard for those diploma covers.
Your heat of 102 degrees seems morbid for Rexburg. We've had a mild summer here in Dallas.
Congrats- hope Paul and Nicole are getting more sleep now than in the first few weeks after Taylor was born.
