I read the other day that 191,000 people attended the CMA fest(a new record). How crazy is that?? Here are a couple pictures of the HUGE crowds. The first picture is of the downtown Nashville skyline with the very crowded riverfront stage. The riverfront stage was where the daytime concerts were. Lesser known stars performed there. Then the second picture is of the LP field(home of the Tennessee Titans), where the nightly concerts were held, with all the big name performers. You can get an idea of how many people were there and where our seats were.

What an amazing experience. Thanks so much for sharing these Highlights.I am so proud of you and excited for you.
Ican not even imagine being in Nashville let alone singing on stage in the GRAND OLD OPERA!
Remmber not matter how far you go "Come Back".
Love Grandma Marilyn
Just to clarify...Julia did not sing on a stage at the Grand Old Opry. It was a stage set up in a tent downtown on the festival grounds. There were probably about 50-60 people in the audience.
We stayed at Opryland Hotel, but didn't even make it over to the Grand Old Opry. There was just too much going on downtown.
