I just finished trying out a new recipe for BLACK BEAN SWEET POTATO STEW WITH MANGOES. We haven't even eaten yet, so I don't know how it'll taste, but it just LOOKS so pretty. I rushed right over, grabbed my camera, took a picture and posted it. I'll have to let you know what we think of it. If it's good, I'll post the recipe. OK, off to try it now. :)
